Belinda Edwards Solomon

I am still married to Larry, my high school sweetheart. This year will be our 52nd anniversary. My how times flys. Larry workEd for an oil and gas co. so we have moved several times and lived from way down south in Louisiana to the coast of Corpus Christi to Shreveport then to Houston twice. Larry retired 3 years ago and we built a home back in Timpson. We are really enjoying being back in Timpson. Both our kids live next to us and we are spending most of our time getting to be around our 5 grandkids. All five go to Timpson and it’s fun to be back up at our old school.

I think I miss the band the most about being out of school. We had so much pride and you just don't see that with the kids in school now. I can still go to the football games and when that fight song and school song is played you stand up and wish you could see, Ted, Ronnie, Jim, Mike, Tyson and all those boys running out on that football field for another friday night game. The school plays were fun too. I really enjoyed all my years at THS, and miss alot of things.
