We are not sure if Clant Shepherd graduated from Timpson High School but he did attend and would have graduated around 1939. 

Clant E. Shepherd, Jr. was born on February 8,1921 to parents Clant Eugene Shepherd and Ella Rae Wolfe.  According to Ancestry.Com he had one sister, Saide Rae Shepherd.  Clant enlisted in the Air Coprs on December 27, 1941 which was pretty soon after the Pearl Harbor attack.  On his enlistment papers it shows he had four years of high school.  He attained the rank of Staff Sgt. and also earned the Distinguished Flying Cross.  He married Betty Lagene Steele and the couple had two children, Donn Shepherd and Rick Lynn Shepherd.  Clant passed away on July 23, 1971 and was laid to rest in the Tennessee Cemetery near Timpson.
