Boyce C. Anderson - Class Of 1935 VIEW PROFILE

Boyce Clayton Anderson was born October 28, 1917 to parents Bertram and Cara Lee Ramsey Anderson.  He had at least three siblings, Clara L. Anderson, Ophelia F. Anderson and James H. Anderson.  There may have been two more siblings.  According to the 1930 Census, the family was living in Madisonville at that time.  At some point the family moved to Timpson.  Boyce played football at Timpson and graduated in 1935,   His mother was from Timpson and his father was a minster. Boyce was born in Livingston, Texas.

Boyce served in the Air Force as a Captain during WWII.  He was dentist but it is unknown if he went to dental beore or after WWII.  Sadly Boyce died of a gunshot wound to his chest at home in Waxahachie, Texas which was ruled accidental.  He was laid to rest in Oakwood Cemetery in Huntsville, Texas. This was where his mother was living at the time.
