James Harold Mills was born on December 24, 1924 in Santa Anna, Texas we believe.

James did attend Timpson High School but we are not sure if he graduated.  Based on his age he should have graduated around 1944.  James had four brothers and one sister.  His siblings were Meltruem Lee "Bill" Mills, Robert Allen Mills, Dewey Mills, Jr., Thomas Gene Mills and sister, Sarah Mills Smith.    Records show James passed away April 5, 1970 n Tulare, California at the age of 45.
