James passed away in 1998.  He was laid to rest at Greenhill Cemetery in Cameron, OK. He died from Lou Gehrig's disease.He was survived by his wife, Jean Bryce of Ozark and two sons, Jerry and Jimmy.  He was also survived by his mother Beatrice Bryce of Timpson plus several borthers and sisters.
