Funeral for Grace Ramsey Pledger, 83, of Timpson, will be at 3 p.m. today at Shady Grove Methodist Church in Timpson with Dr. Clark Stricklin officiating. Pledger died Feb. 11, in Timpson. Born Dec. 31, 1923, in Alto, she was the daughter of Marvin and Florence Hearne Ramsey and a member of the Shady Grove Methodist Church in Timpson. Survivors include sons, Roy Pledger of Garrison, Mike Pledger of Timpson, Joe Pledger of Timpson, Don Pledger of Timpson; daughters, Cathy Windham of Timpson, Jean Gibbs of Timpson; sisters, Emma Milford of Garrison, Troy Galbreath Webb of Garrison, Avis Stamps of Timpson, Margie Childs of Timpson, Alma Jean Bridwell of Nacogdoches, Betty Parker of Nacogdoches; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
