We believed this information is correct.  Ruby was born January 28, 1897 to Jame Samuel and Joanna Williams Baldwin in Panola County, Texas. She graduated from Timpson High in 1916.  On September 15, 1921 she married Giles Bowers "Happy" Brown in Tenaha, Texas.  They had at least one child, George Bruce Brow.  On May 6, 1993, Ruby passed away.
