Pauline Powdrill was born on September 15, 1915 to parents George Calvin Powdrill and Nettie Powdrill in Stockman, Shelby County, TX.  She had at least two siblings, Vernon Loyd Powdrill (1906-2002) and Annie D. Powdrill Rogers (1920-1968).  Pauline graduated from Timpson High School in 1936,  She never married and died at a young age of Pulmonary Tuberculois.  She was 42 at the time of her death on May 20, 1943.  She was laid to rest inthe Mount Olive Cemetery near Timpson.
