We believe this information is correct for Rose Lee McDowell.

Rose Lee McDowell was born on May 24, 1918.to Harral and Emmett McDowell.  She had at least one sibling according to the 1920 Census, Brooksie McDowell.  Rose graduated from Timpson High School in 1936. It appears she was married to John Leslie Otto (1910-1979). They had one child, Leslie Otto (1948-1956). Rose Lee passed away on March 16, 1972 and was laid to rest in the Galveston Memorial Park.
