Theodore Dupree "Theo" McGee was born in 1917 in Timpson, Texas to parents Milton B. Mcgee and Mary Lela Humphries.  He hadat least three siblings, R.E. McGee, Eloise McGee and Alcine McGee.  He played football in high school and graduated in 1936.  He did attend college as census in 1940 show him to be in his fourth year of college. He was in World War II. He worked as controller for Ross Avenue Sears Roebuck Store in Dallas.  He died at a young age on November 18, 1961.  He was survived by a wife and two sons.  He was laid to rest in Hillcrest Burial Park Cemetery in Waxahachie, Texas.
