Services for T.P. Rutherford, age 77 of Albuquerque, N.M., were held May 1 at the National Cemetery in Santa Fe.  Mr.Rutherford was born in Timpson and died April 27 in Albuquerque.  He was the son Trammel P. and Nellie Rutherford. Col. Rutherford was retired from the U.S. Air Force.  He is survived by his brother, Tom O. Rutherford of Frisco, TX.
