Woodrow "Buck" Chester Wilson was bron on May 12, 1916 in Timpson, Texas to parents William N. Wilson and Marion Helen Taylor. We believe he had at least three siblings,we think,  R.O. Wilson, Bertie Wilson, Annie May Wilson, and Annie May Wilson.  It appears he attneded college at Texas A&M.  We are not sure but he listed in the 1940 as having completed five plus years of college and shows he is attending A&M. He was married to Hlen Marie Jurden.  On August 30, 1984, Buck passed away in Portland, Oregon and was laid to rest in Williamette National Cemetery.
