Zella MIldred Ramsey was born on July 20, 1914 to parents Herman Alford Ramsey and Lou Empire Childs.  She had at least two siblings, Aaron Burnis Ramsey (1918-1987) and Payton Lee Ramsey (1924-1977).  Mildred graduated from Timpson HIgh School in 1931.  On July 20, 1934 she married Robert Billingsley.  Mildred died on March 20, 1987 in Timpson, Texas and was laid to rest in the Shady Grove Cemetery near Timpson.
