Gloria Ann Grainger Neel passed away peacefully at home surrounded by love, on December 29, 2023 after a brave battle with Dementia.
Born on September 6, 1936. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Charles Arthur Neel, Sr. And son Charles Arthur Neel, Jr.
She is survived by daughter in law Cecelia Cameron Neel. Daughter Andrea Neel Gilbert and husband Bo Gilbert. Son Anson Neel and wife Nancy Patterson Neel.
Eleven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She was a graduate of Timpson High School and Stephen F. Austin University with a degree in elementary education.
The Rosary service to celebrate Gloria's life will be at Sunset North Funeral Home, 910 N. Loop 1604 East, San Antonio TX 78232 on 1/11/2024. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Lufkin, TX
