Henry A. "Billy" Bailey was born on September 12, 1928. His parents were Henry Marshall Bailey and Ada Mae Conway. According to the 1940 Census the family lived on Shady Grove Road and he had two siblings, Mildred Bailey and Curtis Ray Bailey. He graduated from Timpson High School in 1946. Billy died on October 20, 2010 in Shreveport, La. at the age of 82.

Henry Bailey, 82, of Huxley, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at Willis Knighton North in Shreveport, LA.
Graveside Service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Wimberly Cemetery in Huxley with Bro. Luke Garrett and Bro. Wes Hall officiating. Visitation will be Friday, October 22, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Mangum Funeral Home.
He was born September 12, 1928 in Shelby County to James T. and Mamie (Permenter) Bailey. He was a member of Lydia Missionary Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his Parents, James T. and Mamie Bailey.
He is survived by:
