Charles Price Taylor was born on August 20, 1929 to paents James Short and Vallie Price Taylor. He had one sibling, James Short Taylor, Jr. born in 1924 and died in 2001. He graduated from Timpson High School in 1947. In 1953 he married Diane Frances Danforth in a small church wedding wtih a reception at the Taylor home. His occupation was as a Editor and photojounalist. He worked for the Austin American Statesman and the Texas Farmer Stockman Magazine.Some hobbies enjoyed by Charles wer fly fishing, horticulture(growing orchids) cooking . He was history buff, and folower of natural science and philosophy. Charles died after long fight with Parkinson's disease.
