Shelia was born on June 22, 1955 in Houston. Shelia and her husband Mickey were both electrocuted in their back yard.  Survivors include William Hilton Walker, her father, Jason Fleming, Michael Fleming, Kaalob Levi Fleming, dautherss and son-in-laws; Leigh Erica and Sid Harris and Casie and Robby Spivey.  She was also survived by her brother, William Hilton Walker and four grandchidren.  She was laid to rest in the Blair Cemetery.
