Bobby L. Welch, 61, of Palm Springs, California, passed away December 20, 2017, at his home after a lengthy illness.

Bobby’s wishes were to be cremated.  He will be laid to rest at Blair Cemetery in Timpson, Texas.

Bobby was born November 27, 1956, to Malcolm and Marilyn Haywood Welch of the Stockman Community.

He is survived by:

Mother: Marilyn Griffin of Carthage, Texas

Brothers: 

Larry S. Welch and wife, Fran, of Colorado Springs, Colorado

Jimmy Welch and wife, Marilyn, of Center, Texas

Sisters:

Delois Blackwell and husband, Frank, of Nacogdoches, Texas

Rebecca Strong and husband, Bobby, of Carthage, Texas

Many close family members
