Rita C. Flores, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, entered rest on Thursday May 12, 2011 at the age of 54. Rita was preceded in death by her parents, Bert Alford and Jimmie Crawford Murphy and by her daughter Amber Nicole Flores. She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Pete Flores; sons, Jason and Jeremy Chandler and Jeffery Flores; grandson, Addis Chandler; brothers, Donny Walker and his wife Bonnie, Ken Swearengen; sister, Brenda Hill and many other loving family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2011 from 3:00pm until 6:00pm at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX. Funeral services will be held on Monday May 16, 2011 at 9:00am at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
