Shelba Jean Bailey McDonald was born on October 24,1938 to parents Francis Barto and Betty Cathleen Hilton Bailey.  She graduated from Timpson High School in 1938 and married  D.A. McDonald on October 24, 1959...her birthday.  They had two children. She was a member of the Zavalla Untied Penetecoastal Chruch.  Jean passed awy on March 14, 2000 and was laid to rest in the Zavalla Cemetery in Zavalla, Angelina County, Texas.
