It was a shock to hear about Roger's death. Like Jane, I never saw Roger after the night we graduated. I played football with him my senior year and he was one heck of a long snapper on the punt team. However he did not want to play center so played on defense some. Remember him also being on our Plant Judging Team our junior year. Mike Hudson, Billy Askins, Roger and I were on the team. We won first place in district but at that time there was no area/regional contest to go to. Roger did real good on the team.
