Gordie Green was born on May 8, 1905 to parents John Russell Green and Ruby Dora Barrett.  She graduated from Timpson High School in 1923.  She was married to John W. Ferrill and was a homemaker.  At the time of her death she was living in Harris County, Texas.  Gordie passed away on June 21, 1982 and was laid to rest in the Resthaven Cemetery according to her death certificate.
