Graveside service for Mrs. Blanche M. Whiteside Hudson, 84, of Nacogdoches, Texas and formerly of Timpson, Texas, will be at 10 am today in Corinth Cemetery, Timpson, with the Rec. Bill Jones officiating.  Mrs. Hudson died Thursday, Feb., 15, 2001, in Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital. Born March 5, 1916, in Timpson, Texas.  She was the daughter of Pierce and Mytt Weaver Whiteside.

She was married to Oscar Hudson, and he preceded her death in 1987.  Her son David Hudson, Preceded her in death in 1999.  Mrs. Hudson was retired as a school teacher for Timpson Independent School Distirct, after many yearfs.  She was a member of Caledonia Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Susan Hudson of Nacogdoches, Jennifer Park, James Hudson, adn Stephanie Hudson; and three great grandchildren; Benjamin Miles, Morgan and Madison Hudson.  Pallbearers will be friends and relatives,.Taylor Funeral Home, Timpson.
