Services for Damon E. Milford, 63, of Timpson were held Monday, August 11, 1997 at 2 p.m. at the Corinth Missionary Baptist Church .  Officiating were Rev. Mike Fodge, Rev Leonard Milford, and Rev. Bob Baker and music was provided by Mrs. Irene Horton.  Burial was in the Corinth Cemetery in Timpson.

Mr. Milford did Friday, August 8,1997 at Medical Center Hospital in Nacogdoches, Texas.  He was born October 6, 1933 in Shelby County to Simmie and Thelma (Bussey) Milfrod.

He retired from the oilfield service and owner of Mustang Electrical Service in Longview.  He was a member of the Corinth Missionary Baptist Church, Pine Tree Masonic Lodge in Longview, Scottish Rite member of Dallas Lodge, member of Sharon Temple of Tyler and US Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, June Allen Milford of Timspon; son, Randy Earl Milford of Longview; daughters, Rhonda Romack of Uvalde adn Gina Patterson of Kilgore; step-son, Toyia Melton of Longview; step-daughter, Sherry Pendletion of Henderson; sisters, Wanda Elaine Clay of Lake Jackson adn Sue Belflower of Laneville; six grandchildren, Coty and Whitney Milford, Jacob and Haden Patterson, Retford and Ryland Romack; two step-grandchildren, Brittany Pendletonand Miranda Melton.
