Richard was the son of Burtis & Virgie Mae Johnson. His wife was Maria G. Padron Johnson and he had two daughters, Judy Lynn and Julie Ann Johnson. Richard was in the US ARMY and served his country in Korea and the United States. His brothers were Matthew Berry, LaVerle, Allen, Leland, Cleon, Larry and one sister named Nelda. He was killed in a automobile accident and buried close to his Parents and Grandparents. He had lived all his life in Texas.
