Dr. Dan Rockwell Bussey was born on February 4,1918 to parents Frank and Maud Bussey.  He had at least four siblings according to the 1930 Census. They were Frank Bussey, William Bussey, Mary R. Bussey and Joe L. Bussey.  Dan Graduated from Timpson High School in 1935 and attended the Univ. of Texas and went to Pharmacy College there also.  We believe he served in he military during WWII but cannot detgermine which branch.  He died on August 25, 1991 in Charlotte, Florida and was laid to rest in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Timpson, Texas.
