Charles Forest Crump was born on April 7, 1926 to parents Forest and Lois Crump.  He had at least one siblings, F.M. Crump.  According to the 1930 Census the family was living on the Stockman Arcadia Road.  Charles graduated from Timpson High School in 1944.  On January 16, 1946 he enlisted in the Army in Houston, Texas.  His occupation was listed as a skilled boilermaker. 

On August 6, 1978 he married Alice Shives in Bexar.  It is believed he lived in San Antonio most of his life.  Charles passed away on January 30, 1999 and was laid to rest in the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.
