Emma Dean Ramsey was born on April 27, 1923 in Timpson, Texas to parents William Y. Ramsey and Esther Pennington.  According to the 1930 Census, she had at least three siblings, Leonard Ramsey, Dorothy Ramsey and Ellis Ramsey.  She may have a fourth siblings according to the 1940 Census, Dennerd Ramsey. Emma graduated from Timpson High School in 1941.  It appears she married a Milford.  We do not have anymore information on Emma except she died on April 22, 2006 and was laid to rest in the Shady Grove Cemetery near Timpson, TX.
