Vidmer E. Hilliard was born on September 18, 1923 in Texas to parents Lugher Grady Hilliard and Lula E. Hilliard.  At the age of seven he lived in Jasper, Texas and in 1935 at age of 12 he lived in Livingston, Texas.  He graduated from Timpson High School in 1940.  Vidmer served in the military from 1943 till 1946.  The branch of service is unknown.he University of Houston in 1947.  It is unknown if he finished.  Records also show he attended t  We are not sure but records show he was married to Gloria Mae Hilliard and they had two children, Howard Hilliard and Chryl Manning.   Vidmer died on March 4, 1989 in Houton, Texas.  His place of burial is unknown.
