Auborn Bascum Crawford was born on August 19, 1909 in Shelby County, Texas on August 19, 1909to Jasper and Cora Crawford.  We believe according to the 1920 Census he could have had eight siblings Zannie Crawford, Willie S,, Vera I. Crawford, Laura K. Crawford, Ora L. Crawford, Nina F. Crawford, Emmett E. Crawford and one unnamed.  Records show Auborn married Lera Alice Paramore on March 8, 1929 in Timpson.  He was 19.  In 1931 he graduated from Timpson High School at the age of 21.  Records show Auborn died on July 23, 1966 July 24, 1966 at the age of 56 and was laid to rest in the Tennesse Community Cemetery, Shelby County, Texas.
