Homer A. Ramsey was born on September 30, 1911 to parents Arthur M. Ramsey and Anna Woodfin. We believe he had at least two siblings, James N. Ramsey and Vineta R. Ramsey.  According to the 1930 census the family was living on the Tennessee Road outside Timpson.  Homer graduated from Timpson High School in 1931.  Homer was a retired watchmaker and living in Timpson at the time of his death which was August 24, 1981 at the age of 69. According to his death certificate he was laid to rest in the Tennessee Cemetery but we cannot locate his grave on the internet.
