Vella Sue Neill was born on May 19, 1912 in Timpson, Texas. According to the 1930 Census her parents could have been Rufus and Lillian Hooper Neill,  She may have had one brother, Marion Neill.  She graduated from Timpson High School in 1931.  Records show she married Elroy Bert Coan.  It is unclear after Bert's death if she remarried but she may have married a White.  Also unclear the year she died, either 2002 or 2005.
