We believe that this is the correct Victor Allen Koonce from the Class of 1930

He was born on April 9, 1913.  He graduated from Timpson a High a School in 1930.  He was married to Ella Rosa Hefner Koonce.  He was a Captain in the U.S. Army during WW II.  He died on a January 6, 1999 and is buried in Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
