Van N. Hairgrove, 85, of Center, passed away Friday, April 5, 2013 at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital in Nacogdoches. He was born February 9, 1928 in Shelby County to Wilburn Hairgrove and Pearl Burns Hairgrove. Mr. Hairgrove was a successful business owner for over 38 years. He was of the Baptist faith.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, April 7, 2013 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, April 8, 2013 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Randy Sceroler officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Pallbearers will be Mr. Hairgrove’s grandsons, Kenneth Jordan, Brandon Jordan, Solomon Cassell, Gabe Gassell, Ethan Hairgrove, Matthew Hairgrove, Jonathan Hairgrove, Chris Hairgrove, Conner Hairgrove and Donnie Adams.
