Baker, Carlton Aubrey "Pee Wee"

Funeral for Carlton Aubrey "Pee Wee" Baker, 76, of Timpson TEXAS will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Tennessee Presbyterian Church, Timpson, with the Rev. William Lytch, Dr. Don Gregory and Byron Baker officiating. Burial will be in Tennessee Cemetery, Timpson. Baker died Feb. 14, 2007, in Houston. Born Feb. 18, 1920, in Logansport, La., he was the son of Carlton and Lucille Kimbro Baker. He was retired from Houston Lighting and Power Company, and he was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in Korea. He was a member of Tennessee Presbyterian Church. Survivors include his wife, Minnie Baker of Timpson; sons, Carlton A. "Sonny" Baker Jr. of Friendswood and Brett Baker of Pearland; daughters, Lecia Allen of Deer Park and Cindy Petrash of Onalaska; brothers, Allen Maurice Baker and Kenneth Baker, both of Timpson, and Clyde Baker of Portland, Maine; and six grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Society for PSP, 11350 McCormick Road, No. 906, Hunt Valley, Md. 21031. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 p.m. today. Taylor Funeral Home, Timpson.
