Services for Mrs. Janet Sue Smith, 49, of Timpson, were held Monday, February 12, 2001 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Carthage, TX with Billy Shinn officiating.  Burial will followed in Tennessee Cemetery in Timpson.  Mrs. Smith passed away Saturday, Feb. 10, at Nacogdoches Medical Cneter. She was born October 27, 1951 in Freeport, TX, to John and Joyce (Crawford) Warren.

She is survived by her husband, Donny Ray Smith of Timpson;  sons and daughter-in-law, Blake and Catherin Smith of Carthage, Chris and Natalie Smith of Carthage; daughter and son-in-law, Angela and David Barton of Timpson; brother Jerry Warren of Timpson; 3 gradnchildren, Jarid barton, Bailey Barton and Hailey Barton.  Services under the direction of Taylor Funeral Home in Timpson.
