Patricia Ann Osby was born on March 8, 1959.  She graduated from Timpson High School in 1977.  She married Reginald L. Kellum on March 14, 1988.  We believe she died in a car wreck.  She is buried in the Smyma Cemetery.  The date of death on her marker is July 13, 1994.
