Funeral services were held January 9th for Jeannette (Wall) Kirkley 72 of Nacogdoches, Texas. Jeannette passed away on January 5th in Nacogdoches. Services were held in the Dickie Allen funeral chapel in Cushing, Texas with Rev. Michael Murphy officiating. Burial followed at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Jeannette was born March 5th 1940 in Shelbyville, Texas to Herman and Maureen (Wilborn) Wall. She was preceded in death by her parents, step mother Thelma (Wells) Wall, brothers Richard, Harold, James, and sister Joy McCreary.
Survivors include her husband Howard Kirkley of Nacogdoches, son James Alton and wife Yvonne Hutchison of Nacogdoches, daughters Theresa and husband Don Pollard of Douglass, Melissa Hutchison of Nacogdoches, and Kim Fleming of Central Heights. Sisters Tommie Methvin of Timpson, and Annette Murphy of Lufkin. Brothers Leon Frazier of Hughes Springs, and Billy Ray Shadowens of Clinton Township, Michigan. Grandchildren, Michael, Justin, Amber, Monica, Chandler, Maitlyn, Gunner, and Autumn. Great-grandchildren, Alexis, Haley, Nevaeh, Caden, Emma, and Paisley. She was also a loving aunt to nieces, and nephews.
